The Only House We Haven't Looked At

Having sold our two-story in Folsom, Steve and I have been house-hunting for a few weeks now. We've looked at new houses, old houses, remodels, short-sales, REOs, houses on the river, houses in the park, two-stories, one-stories, houses with goats, houses with hives, and one house with an indoor theater posing as a church.

The house above may be the only one we haven't looked at.

I'm here by way of Cynthia's blog (Catching days).

Love the picture. We are currently house shopping, too. Sadly, 2 of the homes we really wanted haven't worked out, but hopefully, we'll find something else that works for us!

Your upcoming novel sounds intriguing. I'm also a Western US girl (Nevada born & raised, but lived in SoCal for awhile, too).

Happy writing!

Terresa, thanks so much for stopping by -- I will return the favor, and check out your blog too!

Coincidentally, the first two houses we made an offer on didn't work out for us, either -- despite offering full price for the first, and $1K over for the second. But the third one was the charm, and meant to be, as it's five acres of oaks, perfect for two bird watchers and an apiarian wanna-be.

You will find your house too -- I bet #3 is the charm for you too.
